Title: Western Beans and Rice (Vegan)

1tbVegetable oil
1cChopped onions
1cSliced celery
8ozCanned tomato sauce
1/2cWater
1/2tsSalt
1/4tsHot pepper sauce; to 1/2 t.
3cCooked pinto beans; drained
3cHot cooked brown rice

In large skillet, cook onions and celery in oil until tender. Stir in tomato sauce, water, seasonings, and beans. Heat thoroughly. Serve over hot rice.
